Brief Introduction
The 4-Layer Polyimide PCB is a high-performance circuit board designed for demanding RF applications. Built with polyimide material, this PCB features a finished thickness of 1.3mm and 1oz copper on each layer. The board is coated with a matte black solder mask on both sides, complemented by white silkscreen characters. With a board size of 125mm x 95mm, it includes Electroless Nickel Electroless Palladium Immersion Gold (ENEPIG) surface finish for superior solderability and corrosion resistance. The 0.3mm vias are filled with resin and capped in compliance with IPC-4761 VII standards. All boards undergo 100% electrical testing per IPC-9252 before shipment, and 25 pieces are vacuum-packed in a 12 kg box for secure delivery.
